Shirley Jane Bergen, 78, of Deadwood, SD, died October 11, 2016 at Rapid City Regional Hospital, Rapid City, SD.
Shirley was born in Colorado to William and Leah (Womboldt) Koehler on January 2, 1938.
She is is survived by her husband ,three children, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren
A celebration of her life was held on Oct 23, 2016 at 462 Williams Street Deadwood SD.
