Shirley Hessman, 92, of Rapid City, SD, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and devoted friend to many went home to her Lord on January 22, 2018. Shirley was admired for her strength, spirit, tenacity and intelligence. Her faithfulness to God and others and her capacity to love everyone she encountered made her a significant person in many people's lives. She will be missed here on Earth but the heavens are singing with her arrival. A private mass will be held in her honor.
