Sue Dannenbring Schlomer was born to Warren "Bud" and Donna (Merrill) Dannenbring on September 2, 1960.

Sue lived in Parker, SD, and graduated from Parker High School, then graduated from Nettleton College in Sioux Falls, SD.

In 1979, she moved with her family to Rapid City, SD. She worked for K-mart, Albertsons, Speigel, and Green Tree. She loved all her jobs especially the people she worked with.

Sue married Leroy Schlomer in 1997, they combined their family of three sons, Colton Hollenbeck, Jese Dannenbring, and Noah Schlomer. She loved her family very much, she also had a very special connection to her nephew, Scooter Dannenbring, and niece, Megan Dannenbring Gautum.

Sue Dannenbring Schlomer, 61, of Rapid City, SD, died January 24, 2022, at Monument Health Hospice House in Rapid City, SD.

She is survived by her husband, Leroy; sons, Colton (Amanda) Hollenbeck, Jese Dannenbring, and Noah (Regina) Schlomer; granddaughters, Madison Ball, and Alexis Dannenbring; brother, Scot (Marlene) Dannenbring; uncle, Frank (Carol) Merrill.

Sue is preceded in death by her dad and mom, Warren and Donna Dannenbring; stepdad's, Harry, Maurice, and Jim.
