March 23, 1955 – March 30, 2016
Thomas was born on March 23, 1955 in Jamestown, ND, the son of Henry and Agnes (Nelson) Bohl of Missoula, MT.
He grew up on a small farm outside of Missoula. He attended school in Bonner, MT. He was the youngest of 7 children consisting of five sisters and one brother.
Thomas served in the United States Navy from April 1972 through May 1973.
After serving our country, Thomas worked in a variety of occupations over his life. He worked with oil rigs, commercial fishing boats in Alaska and became a painter in Seattle, WA to name a few.
As a member of the VA, he was honored with an appreciation award for his donations and contributions to their organization.
He will be missed by many fellow veterans, family and friends. Thomas was known for his kindness to others, positive spirit and for his incredibly big heart. We love and miss you!!
Thomas, age 61, of Hot Springs, SD passed away on March 30, 2016.
Survivors include three sisters, Charlene Stampa of Great Falls, MT, Sharon Correll of Glendive, MT and Patricia Orth of Billings, MT.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Janice Moose and Sonia Metcalf, both of Glendive, MT; one brother, Howard Bohl, of Billings, MT.
Graveside services will be, 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at Black Hills National Cemetery.
