Timothy James Ulrich was born March 10, 1982, at Deadwood, SD, to his loving parents, Herb and Nancy (Garrett) Ulrich. He was an older brother to his sister and best friend, Jeanny Mae Ulrich.

Tim graduated from Sturgis High School in 2000 and spent years making many friends wherever he worked.

Timmy was always happy. He will be missed for his big smile, twinkling blue eyes, and laughter. His favorite pastime was family friends, fishing, boating, camping, family get togethers, and making so many happy memories. He will be deeply missed by so many friends and co-workers that he has known through the years. Everybody that met him, loved him.

Tim, 36, Black Hawk, died Thursday, July 12, 2018, at his residence in Black Hawk.

Timmy leaves behind a beautiful daughter, Kaydence, light of his eyes and love of his life! Also, his favorite niece, Kamea (he only has one), aunts, uncles, and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Chester and Mae Garrett and Henry and Dorothy Ulrich; aunt, Connie Ulrich; and uncle, John Marvin.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at the First Presbyterian Church in Sturgis with Rev. Denzel Nonhof officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

A memorial has been established for a college fund for his daughter, Kaydence Ulrich.
