Vickie Ann Kinney, 70, of Sturgis, SD, died Sunday, June 11, 2023, at Monument Health Sturgis.

Vickie was born May 14, 1953, to Annabelle Simpson in Casper, WY. She met the love of her life and soul mate, Richard Lee Kinney on April 3rd, 1976, and they married on September 3rd, 1976.

Vickie loved to cook and feed people Vickie also loved to read and travel to Vegas. Our Mom was the kindest most Big-hearted person you could ever know. Vickie will be greatly missed and forever loved til we meet again in the light.

Vickie leaves behind her husband, Richard Lee Kinney; four children: Veronica (Ronnie) Honeyman, Melanie Kinney, Amber Kinney, and Miranda Kinney; five grandchildren: Jessy Honeyman, Megan (Keith) Brown, Krista Honeyman, Samantha Marugg, and Paige Kindle; five great-grandchildren: Dominique Brown, Kayden Brown, Keith Brown, Hadiya Brown, and Christian Wright; two great-great-granddaughters: Georgina "Gigi" Honeyman, and Ke'Moni Brown; her two fur babies, Little Girl, and Peaches.

Vickie is preceded in death by her mom, Annabelle Simpson, and her best friend, Patty Plaggemeyer.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at Kinkade Funeral Chapel.

Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis, SD.
