Victoria (Vicky) Mae Klar-Loomis, 68, of Rapid City, SD, passed away peacefully at her home on September 25, 2018, after a battle with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).
Victoria was born in Wisonsin to Jack and June (Engstad) Klar on August 17, 1950.
She was married to Tom Loomis.
