Rapid City - Walter W. "Bill" Flynn, Jr., 79, died Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Golden Living Center - Prairie Hills in Rapid City. Survivors include his wife, Peggy L. Flynn of Whitewood; a son, John Flynn of Rapid City; two daughters, Cindy Dyer of Phoenix, AZ and Rose Ann Cardenas of California; a sister, Aileen Threlkeld of Tennessee; and seven grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy C. Flynn. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am, on Friday, January 10, 2014, at Black Hills National Cemetery, near Sturgis, SD. A memorial has been established.
