Wanda Carol Hubbell was born April 27th, 1955, in Virginia.  She passed away on December 30th, 2018, in Gillette.

She was proceeded in death by her father, Charles Wesley Etters; mother, Marie Etters; sisters, Lucinda Collier Doyle and Irene Etters Crass; and brother, James Etters.

She is survived by husband, Charles Allan Hubbell; two children, Jennifier Bambi Hubbell and Charles Edward Hubbell; daughter in law, Jodi Ann Hubbell; grandchildren, Charles William Hubbell, Josephine Victoria Hubbell, and Grady Todd Hubbell; nephews and nieces, Will Collier, Wesley Collier, Clarissa Collier, Stephanie Etters, Christina Etters, Tony Niswender and their spouses and beautiful children; mother in law, Josephine Harriet Hubbell; and her family in Chicago, the Lovendahls, Esterlines, Etters and more.

She will be missed dearly.
