Rapid City | Wanda L Rinne age 82, was born 9 Nov 1931, and passed away on 3 June 2014, as the result of a recent stroke. She was preceded in death by her only daughter, Cindy, in 1978; her mother, Minnie Starke Goetz, in 1968; and her father, Leander Daniel Goetz, in 1937. Wanda is survived by two granddaughters, Stephanie (SMSGT William) Hodgkins, and Maijken Swanson; her brother, Dr. Larry W. Goetz; 2 nieces, 2 nephews, and 4 great grandchildren. Wanda was born and raised in the Higginsville, MO area and she has several surviving cousins in that vicinity. Her final days were spent in Golden Living Center, Rapid City, SD near one of her loving granddaughters, Stephanie. Graveside services at the Higginsville City Cemetery are planned for a later date.
