Weston Taggart Terry Williams, infant son of Kenneth and Kristi (Gordon) Williams, was born and died on Tuesday, January 23, 2007, at the Sturgis Regional Hospital.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at the Vale Community Center with Pastor Andy Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at the Vale Cemetery.

Our Dear Baby Boy, We never had the chance to get to know you, hear your cries, or see you smile, but you touched all our lives in the all to short of time you were with us. We can't imagine a baby more loved or looked forward to than you were. We would spend hours talking to you, feeling you move, and awaiting your arrival. Your big brothers were looking forward to teaching you the ins and outs of everything important to them that they have learned shooting, camping, hunting, fishing, woodwork, leatherwork, and pine wood derby. They and I figure we will try to work with younger scouts where we can. Your brother Chris named his derby car this year "Weston" and your brother Daniel, had "Weston's Racing Team" on his. There is such a void in our lives and we know there always will be but with the help of God and the love of family and friends we are fortunate to have, we know we will go on and stay a very close, loving and strong family. With this help your mom is getting better and stronger every day and your brothers and I feel fortunate to at least have her. Weston, We love you and miss you so very much

Survivors include his parents, Kenneth and Kristi Williams, Newell; two brothers, Christopher Gordon Williams and Daniel Levi Williams, both of Newell; grandparents, Larry and JoAnn Williams, Newell, John and Janet Gordon, California, and Terri and Patti Crane, Douglas, WY; and great-grandparents, Harold and Marie Rieker, Spearfish, SD, and Velma Crane, Casper, WY.

His grandma, Gail Crane, preceded him in death.

A memorial has been established to the Cancer Care Institute.
