William "Billy" Homer Carter, 65, Seville, OH, passed away in Sturgis, S.D. Aug. 1, 2015, doing what he loved, riding his Harley and smiling ear to ear.

Billy is survived by his wife Carol; daughter, Kelly (Mark) Hubbard; son, Roderick (Megan) Carter, of Medina; grandchildren, Sydney, Cailey and Logan; brothers, Sid and Jimmy; sister, Sharon; and several additional family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Daniel Carter.
